We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

How to start a return Email us at clearshelfhome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost. Just email us with a photo of the item.

Non-returnable items Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
